To report significant violations, an internet-based whistleblower system is now available to you. Key features of the whistleblower system are:
- Confidentiality: Reports made through the Whistleblower Hotline will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, and steps will be taken to protect the identity of the whistleblower to the extent regulated by the applicable laws.
- Anonymous Reporting: Employees have the option to submit reports anonymously, providing an additional layer of security for those who may be hesitant to report an observation.
This initiative aligns with the requirements set forth by EU law and reinforces our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability within our organization.
This system is available in English, Dutch, German, Spanish and Thai language.
In parallel to the whistleblower system, direct supervisors, managers, directors or our human resources departments are permanently available to all employees to exchange in confidence about all their sensitive observations and issues.
