Opening of the storage facility in Dordrecht, Netherlands
2003
For the first time, more than 300,000 mt of stainless steel scrap were delivered
2004
Company form changed and name changed to KMR Stainless AG; Capricorn Group becomes the majority shareholder
2005
KMR Stainless Holding B.V. acquires 100% of the shares in KMR Stainless AG

The annual tonnage sold reached over 400,000 mt for the first time

The Group generated sales of more than one billion USD

Borrowing base syndicated financing secured for the first time
