IMAP List Extensions and Archiveopteryx

IMAP's List Extensions tidies up a messy situation where a number of commands (LIST, LSUB, RLIST, RLSUB) were used to list mailboxes in slightly different ways.

Archiveopteryx supports these extensions fully.
